I'm Vera, a career coach with a Master's in Psychology from the University of Amsterdam and over four years of experience in talent management and HR.
I've spent my career on the employer side of the table: recruiting, running performance reviews, and having honest conversations with people about where their careers are heading. That experience gives me a different perspective. I understand what makes a candidate stand out, and where most people get stuck without realizing it.
I started coaching because I kept seeing the same thing: talented people stuck, lost, or underselling themselves. Not because they lacked skills, but because they lacked direction and strategy. That's what I help with.
